What kind of data is Meló-Depó School Cooperative collecting?
Meló-Depó School Cooperative collects only these personal data without the need of completeness:
- Personal data such as: Your name, your birth name, birth date and place, your mother’s maiden name, your address, phone number, e-mail, your qualifications (studies, courses, internship) and all the details what have been uploaded via your CV;
- If you sign up via social media account; your profile’s data;
- If you contact us via e-mail, occasionally we keep records of correspondence;
- Feedbacks about you from employees or 3rd person, who you have worked with or worked for, also your reviews about your colleagues. We keep records of these data and it also counts as your personal data.
- We may collect personal data, when you are using our system, which may contain your IP-address, Web browser, timestamp, country traffic data, your location’s data, web logs and other communication data, as well as the resources you access.
- Data of disability and adjustments necessary for you to perform your duties at the workplace (e.g. special work equipment).
- When you start to work we collect the following as well:
- Your gender, nationality, ID card number, addresses card number;
- Documents proving the right to work at the place of work abroad (visa, work permit etc.);
- Payroll data, your bank account number, TAJ (Hungarian social security number), Tax number and reference numbers, information about your remuneration, salary and benefits, and the amounts you request to deduct from your salary and remuneration (such as union fees or church tax);
- attendance records, time spent on projects, training, promotions, investigations and disciplinary matters;
- Automatically logged information about how you use our IT systems and premises (including closed circuit video cameras and access control systems);
- The names of your dependents, their birth date and if you would like to apply family tax benefits;
- Date of marriage if you would like to apply the first marriage benefits;
- Traveling data (travel data, passport number, expenses) for the purpose of negotiating, arranging and purchasing all travel related activities (e.g. booking air tickets, train tickets, hotel and car rental) and reimbursement of travel expenses;
- photographs and video footage of courses or occasions with your participation (where you have the opportunity to object to the taking of a photo or video)
Do I have to agree to provide these data?
The processing of personal data at our company is based on the voluntary consent of the data subjects. You can do this at our customer service office by signing the statement on paper or by accepting the Privacy Policy Statement on our website. Before giving your consent, please read the detailed data protection information provided to you on paper or electronically! According to Info tv. Article 6. § (3), above the age of 16 the consent or subsequent approval of his legal representative is not required for the validity of his legal declaration containing the consent.
When you request data, we will inform you exactly which data is absolutely necessary for the provision of our service, and which data is a voluntary data provision based on your decision.
For what purpose is this data collected?
The cooperative collects and processes personal data for the following purposes:
- reporting to third parties (see below);
- compliance with a legal obligation where applicable;
- when you start to work at the cooperative:
- the conclusion of your employment contract or contract of assignment or contract for employment and any other contractual relationship between you and the cooperative;
- carrying out other human resources activities (including absenteeism, sick pay, required qualification checks);
- investigation and response to incidents and complaints;
- compliance and cooperation with obligations and rights in investigations by police, government or regulatory bodies;
- in the case of photographs and video recordings of training courses, internal reporting of the course and its content (e.g. during internal updates) and internal and external promotion of similar events; or, in the case of receiving grants, compliance with the obligation to document the grant contract
How long will my personal data be stored?
The cooperative stores the data of its customers basically during the scope of the service contract, for the period of financial settlement with each other.
The cooperative stores the data of the members for several years after the termination of the membership in accordance with the current provisions of the relevant legislation. We generally retain data on Taxation and employment contracts, pension contributions, financial matters (including payroll and payment data, etc.) for a period of 7 to 50 years.) and other personal data for 3 years. We only retain sensitive personal data for as long as reasonably necessary.
Will my personal data be transferred to third parties?
As mentioned above, we may transfer your data to third parties. This is done to achieve the above goals. This can happen in the following circumstances:
- For our suppliers. The supplier(s) are bound by contractual and other legal obligations to keep your data private and may only access the data they need to perform their duties;
- these suppliers are usually IT suppliers (who provide our IT systems, including hosting and support services for your information),
- HR-related service providers (who perform payroll or benefits on our behalf, such as an office canteen or cafeteria for managers and staff),
- travel service providers (which arrange or organise trips for managers or staff) or
- back office financial and accounting service providers (managing accounts payable and accounts receivable may require management of management and employee data)
- legal offices (who handle recoveries in case of arrears)
- For our clients/future employers: we share your information with our clients who offer jobs / assignments of interest to you or who are interested in your profile. They are bound to us and to you by contractual and other confidentiality obligations with respect to your data
- We share your information with government agencies, police, regulatory bodies or law enforcement agencies where we are legally required to do so. In all cases, we keep detailed, up-to-date records of the transmission of data, from which we will inform you about the data transfers concerning you upon your request.
What rights do I have in relation to the processing of my personal data?
- Right to access and request a copy of personal data:
- You have the right to request proof that we process any of your personal data. If so, you may have access to your personal data and certain information on how it is processed. In some cases, you may request an electronic copy of your data from us. If you have a self-service system, we strongly recommend using it and making updates yourself.
- Right to correct user personal data:
- If you can provide information about that any of the personal data we hold about you is incorrect, you can request that the data be updated or, failing that, deleted. If you have a self-service system, we strongly recommend using it and making updates yourself.
- The right to be forgotten or the right to be deleted:
- If we do not need to retain or process the data for other reasons, you can request the termination or restriction of the processing or the deletion of the personal data (for all data or for some data).
- Right to object:
- If the processing of your data by the company is based on the legitimate interest of the company (and there are no other data processing reasons) or is related to direct marketing, you have the right to object to the processing of your data by the company by referring to the specific situation.

What about data security when using our system?
You are responsible for your own details when you log in to our site, especially choosing the right password. These login IDs are for your own use. You are not allowed to share your login ID.
